SEATOA held its 2017 Conference – “An Ocean of Information” – at the Marriott Grande Dunes in Myrtle Beach, SC on March 27th and 28th. Keynote speaker – FCC Commissioner Mignon Clyburn – provided a survey of the Commission’s activities and her ideas for where the FCC should be going in the future.
